About two decades ago I had said how disasters will engulf
newer areas owing to climate change. Some people, especially so called experts
and even some NGO leaders, termed me as a mad person. These two decades have
shown that droughts have spread to Coastal Odisha, floods to Western Odisha and
now cyclone to South and Central Odisha...
